GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the data foundation and keep the CRM trustworthy with automated enrichment and hygiene routines
• Build enrichment and scoring workflows to turn raw data into ranked target lists
• Design signal-based plays to detect buying signals and trigger outreach
• Own cold email infrastructure, managing deliverability, inbox health, and personalization at scale
• Deploy AI agents for research, personalization, and CRM updates
• Connect GTM tools through APIs to ensure seamless data flow
• Launch and continuously test outbound campaigns to optimize results
• Partner with SDRs, AEs, and leadership to identify and solve bottlenecks

Requirements

• Systems thinker with a commercial bias
• Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
• Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language like Python or JavaScript
• Experience with AI coding and automation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or Zapier)
• Strong understanding of outbound motions, including ICP definition and lead scoring
• Experimental mindset with a focus on data-driven validation
