Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce, including user management, custom objects, flows, and reporting
• Own the GTM tool stack end-to-end, managing vendor relationships and contract renewals
• Design and deploy tool workflows and cross-system integrations to increase velocity
• Champion an AI-first approach by leveraging LLMs and automation agents in GTM operations
• Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack via APIs, MCPs, or iPaaS platforms
• Document system configurations and integration architecture to enable AI automations
• Partner with RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on expertise
• Demonstrated experience incorporating LLMs or automation agents (e.g., Clay, n8n, Gemini, Claude) into workflows
• Experience managing a SaaS GTM tool stack (ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff, etc.)
• Strong technical aptitude for system integrations via REST APIs or iPaaS (Zapier, Make, Workato)
• Ability to build automations, debug integrations, and work with APIs
