About the Company
Gradient Labs is building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Founded in 2023, the company works with major names in banking and fintech to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations using specialist AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Own the systems and signals for identifying, segmenting, and reaching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build highly qualified, relevant lead lists within tightly defined segments
- Manage the end-to-end outbound motion, including email and LinkedIn multi-touch plays and domain deliverability
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and intent signal prioritization
- Integrate BDR, marketing, and sales operations across tools like HubSpot, Clay, CommonRoom, LGM, Apollo, and Instantly
- Stay current with the GTM and AI market to identify emerging tools and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops within an enterprise SaaS company
- Proven experience running account-based motions
- Strong systems-building instinct with proficiency in HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo
- High AI fluency, including experience with prompting and building small agents
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment
- High agency and a bias toward action
