About the Company
Genomics is a science-led transatlantic TechBio combining large-scale genetic and health data with proprietary analytics to accelerate drug discovery and advance predictive, preventative healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Maximize commercial team efficiency by automating research and CRM updates
- Scan biotech and life sciences landscape for funding, leadership changes, and partnership news
- Draft scientifically credible, trigger-specific outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including workflows, data hygiene, and reporting
- Build and run outreach sequences via Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Coordinate conference outreach and attendee mapping
- Document playbooks and train the team on tools and tactics
- Qualify inbound and self-sourced leads against the Ideal Customer Profile
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience
- Ability to translate complex science into compelling commercial messaging
- Curiosity regarding the biotech and life sciences landscape
- Proficiency with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted content tools
- Experience in complex B2B sales environments (life sciences, data, or SaaS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning or contributing to sales enablement programmes or playbooks
- Confidence engaging with senior commercial and scientific stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research workflows including prompting and quality control
