Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade. Through our B2B marketplace and AI-driven FleekSort model, we are digitizing the supply chain to make secondhand the first choice for global commerce.

Responsibilities

• Build the acquisition engine by designing end-to-end systems for sourcing, enriching, and contacting prospects.
• Automate sourcing and enrichment pipelines across platforms like eBay, Depop, Vinted, and Instagram.
• Engineer multi-channel outreach sequences (email, Instagram DM, WhatsApp) personalized via AI.
• Own the funnel by modeling and instrumenting every stage from sourcing to booked meetings.
• Design distinct playbooks for online resellers and physical vintage shops.
• Build autonomous agents to handle repetitive workflows like qualification, deduplication, and CRM hygiene.
• Scale the engine from dozens to tens of thousands of prospects while maintaining high personalization.
• Integrate acquisition tools with the commercial operating system and account management handoff.

Requirements

• Proven experience building scrapers, enrichment pipelines, and outreach automation.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI to automate complex workflows.
• Strong commercial judgment regarding ICPs, tiers, and sales funnels.
• B2B GTM experience with familiarity in CRMs and enrichment stacks.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems independently and ship working systems.
• Rigorous approach to tracking funnel metrics and conversion assumptions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building for marketplaces, resellers, or independent retail.
• Founder or early-startup experience.
• Familiarity with the secondhand or vintage fashion industry.
• Experience managing multi-channel outbound under platform constraints like DM caps.
