GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to understand GTM processes and workflows
• Identify and action opportunities to apply AI to automate or augment GTM workflows
• Leverage out-of-the-box tools and build custom solutions using APIs, Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Scripts
• Own projects end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping to implementation and training
• Track performance, adoption, and ROI of new systems
• Act as an internal subject-matter expert on AI GTM tooling

Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical or operations role
• Experience automating workflows using code and low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Gong)
• Practical experience pushing and pulling data via APIs and webhooks
• Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1
• Strong interest in AI systems and a curious, scrappy builder mindset
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
• Admin-level experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Attention, or Outreach
