GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build AI SDRs, outbound engines, and automated content workflows to generate pipeline
• Create interactive demo environments, templates, and live workflows for prospects
• Develop internal agents and automation to accelerate sales cycles and account research
• Run technical demos, unblock integrations, and join high-priority customer conversations
• Ship experiments across the GTM surface area, including SEO/AEO and product-led growth motions
• Create reusable sales assets such as POC templates and architecture diagrams
• Influence product decisions by surfacing recurring patterns from customer interactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical experience in engineering, growth engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture
• Proficiency in writing code (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to build internal tools and automations
• Strong skills with SQL, APIs, and debugging
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts and creating compelling demos
• High bias toward action and ability to thrive in high-velocity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with finance systems, finance workflows, and CFO stakeholders
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and fintech GTM motions
