GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack end-to-end, including architecture, data model, automation, and ongoing evolution
• Build and run outbound infrastructure, from list building and enrichment to sequencing and conversion tracking
• Design integrations across CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, data warehouse, and support tooling
• Run paid acquisition experiments across search, social, and content syndication with a focus on pipeline impact
• Embed AI-powered workflows for enrichment, scoring, pipeline visibility, and rep productivity
• Partner with founders and sales leadership to shape systems, experiments, and build-vs-buy decisions

Requirements

• 4–8 years in Growth, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Sales Engineering
• Hands-on experience with GTM tooling, CRM configuration, automation, and sequencing platforms
• Proven experience running outbound or paid acquisition motions
• Strong technical skills with SQL, APIs, and lightweight automation
• High agency and strong cross-functional ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a GTM motion from scratch at a Series A–C company
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tools in growth workflows
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services
• Exposure to PLG mechanics such as free trials, activation funnels, or expansion signals
