GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-driven systems that power core GTM and member workflows
• Build and maintain scalable workflows using tools such as n8n, Clay, Zapier, and Google Apps Script
• Design and build custom internal tools and lightweight product surfaces using platforms like Superblocks
• Maintain accurate, structured, and accessible GTM data to power automation and agentic systems
• Configure workflows, manage integrations, and maintain stability within the core GTM tech stack
• Lead exploratory projects focused on new tools, architectures, and automation opportunities
• Partner with BizOps, GTM, Product, and Engineering to translate workflows into technical solutions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in BizOps, Engineering, RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Engineering
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Clay, Zapier, or Google Apps Script
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and GTM systems like HubSpot, Outreach, or Gong
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, Python, or Apps Script
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and structured data
• Ability to manage operational data for reporting and decision making
