GTM Engineer - Automation and AI

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-enabled automation workflows across the GTM stack using orchestration tools like n8n
• Build LLM-powered tools for pre-call research, deal intelligence, and pipeline gap analysis
• Integrate LLM capabilities into operational revenue workflows through prompt engineering and output parsing
• Develop and maintain event-driven, API-to-API integration patterns connecting Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, Slack, and Marketo
• Rapidly prototype and ship internal GTM tools using AI-accelerated development
• Build lightweight frontend interfaces for internal sales and revenue teams
• Develop data pipelines and transformations to move GTM events into Snowflake

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience with Python or Node.js
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Workato
• Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as a core part of development workflow
• Frontend development experience with React or similar to ship functional internal tools
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs and platform integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong data modeling and database knowledge, preferably with Snowflake
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
