Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel prospecting pipelines using Clay, Amplemarket, and Apollo APIs
• Build experiment frameworks to A/B test email sequences, subject lines, and message variants
• Develop LinkedIn prospecting automation including rate limiting and anti-detection systems
• Automate technical SEO, schema markup generation, and content optimization pipelines
• Build referral tracking systems, including unique link generation and attribution logic
• Instrument event tracking across acquisition channels using PostHog
• Build data warehouse ETL to aggregate data from various GTM tools
• Design A/B testing frameworks with Statsig for experiment allocation and analysis
• Integrate Google Ads API for programmatic campaign management and automated bidding
• Build HubSpot API integrations for automated lead scoring and workflow triggers

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of software engineering experience at SDE2 or SDE3 level
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and SQL
• Expertise in API integration (REST, webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting)
• Experience at a top-tier technology company
• Strong data engineering fundamentals (ETL pipelines, data transformations)
• Systems thinking and experience designing scalable infrastructure
• Experimentation mindset with knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Degree from a top engineering institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GTM automation platforms like Clay, Amplemarket, or Apollo
• Knowledge of LinkedIn APIs and scraping techniques
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Experience with Google Ads API or programmatic advertising
• Startup experience, especially in pre-Series B environments
