GTM Engineer

AgentMail is building the communication and identity layer for AI agents. Backed by Y Combinator and having raised $6M led by General Catalyst, AgentMail provides every AI agent with its own programmable inbox, allowing developers to build agents that can communicate across the internet.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth data layer end to end, including funnel instrumentation and dashboard creation
• Execute growth motions such as lookalike modeling, automated outbound, and LinkedIn plays
• Run experiments across the PLG engine including content, integrations, backlinks, and paid channels
• Connect the tech stack through APIs, webhooks, and automation between PostHog, CRM, and enrichment providers
• Manage and decide on the company's growth tool stack
• Build AI-powered internal tools and ship systems from prototype to rollout

Requirements

• Technical foundation in CS, data science, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and SQL
• Experience wiring APIs together and using AI coding tools
• Understanding of great growth motions or PLG company mechanics
• High agency and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Disciplined approach to data cleanliness and system organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Clay, n8n, or enrichment waterfalls
• Fluency with PostHog
• Experience shipping agentic workflows or internal AI tooling
• Background working at or studying technical PLG companies
