Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn and X presence for the company and founders
• Draft and publish content including posts, blogs, and newsletters
• Support website content updates and messaging refreshes
• Manage CRM hygiene, workflows, and tracking
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into pipeline activity
• Execute outbound and marketing-support campaigns across email and LinkedIn
• Coordinate conference and event logistics, including attendee tracking and follow-up

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in startups, biotech, or consulting
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to manage ambiguity
• Strong written communication skills for drafting professional content
• Highly structured approach to managing workflows and CRM systems
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Interest in biotech, AI, and drug development
• Proficiency using AI tools for research and workflow automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance environments
• Ability to build structure where none exists
• Strong personal accountability and high emotional intelligence
