GTM Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and run enablement initiatives for CS Growth and CS Care teams to drive renewals and expansion
• Build AI-assisted workflows for knowledge management and initiative alignment
• Own onboarding for new CS hires and design structured, AI-supported learning paths
• Coach team members on client calls and facilitate regular workshops and trainings
• Maintain career development guidelines, skill frameworks, and organizational design
• Manage stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to align learning priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, Sales, or a related mix
• Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences for commercial teams
• Proficiency with AI tools to redesign workflows and training content
• Strong end-to-end project ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent written and verbal English (German is a plus)
• Comfort with operations and data

Preferred Qualifications

• HR tech or HR field experience
• Solid grasp of the SaaS Customer Success lifecycle
• Background in account management or sales
