Responsibilities

  • Own the design and delivery of high-impact training programs for AEs and SDRs
  • Build and improve structured onboarding and ramp acceleration programs
  • Create a culture of continuous learning through recurring certification touchpoints
  • Run live training sessions, workshops, and call reviews
  • Coach reps on sales methodology and ensure consistent adoption
  • Monitor sales calls to identify skill gaps and deliver actionable feedback
  • Build and own the sales playbook library, including segment-specific playbooks and talk tracks
  • Collaborate with PMM and Sales leadership to develop pitch decks and customer-facing narratives
  • Serve as a feedback loop between Sales and Marketing to align messaging and tools

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in GTM/Revenue enablement, GTM strategy, or a high-performing sales role
  • Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs
  • Strong written communication skills for creating sales assets
  • Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message, Challenger, or MEDDPICC
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-informed approach to diagnosing skill gaps
  • Ability to translate AI and technical concepts into business value
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
