Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of high-impact training programs for AEs and SDRs
- Build and improve structured onboarding and ramp acceleration programs
- Create a culture of continuous learning through recurring certification touchpoints
- Run live training sessions, workshops, and call reviews
- Coach reps on sales methodology and ensure consistent adoption
- Monitor sales calls to identify skill gaps and deliver actionable feedback
- Build and own the sales playbook library, including segment-specific playbooks and talk tracks
- Collaborate with PMM and Sales leadership to develop pitch decks and customer-facing narratives
- Serve as a feedback loop between Sales and Marketing to align messaging and tools
Requirements
- 3-5 years in GTM/Revenue enablement, GTM strategy, or a high-performing sales role
- Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs
- Strong written communication skills for creating sales assets
- Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message, Challenger, or MEDDPICC
- Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-informed approach to diagnosing skill gaps
- Ability to translate AI and technical concepts into business value
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
