Responsibilities

• Proactively plan for the company’s next 10x growth phase by implementing scalable systems and infrastructure
• Act as a strategic right hand to the CBO, translating vision into execution plans and measurable outcomes
• Create and drive operating structures including OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, and meeting cadences
• Identify and decisively solve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps
• Build and refine performance metrics to tie execution to company goals
• Serve as a force multiplier for leadership to increase organizational clarity and velocity

Requirements

• Experience in high-ownership, high-performance environments such as hedge funds, top-tier banking, or high-growth startups
• Demonstrated high intelligence and structured thinking for solving complex problems
• Strong operational rigor with experience building systems, metrics, and accountability frameworks
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Low ego and a strong ownership mindset
