Responsibilities
- Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries
- Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
- Manage high-volume outreach with precision while maintaining quality, follow-up, and message consistency
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market experiments
- Help shape outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the team scales
Requirements
- Intelligent, persistent, and self-motivated with a strong interest in cold outbound and sales development
- Highly coachable and open to feedback
- Comfortable managing high-volume, high-quality interactions and resilient in the face of rejection
- Detail-oriented and thoughtful in personalizing outreach
- Motivated by learning the full sales cycle and working toward becoming an Account Executive
