Marloo is building the AI partner for financial advisers. Backed by Blackbird Ventures, we provide the essential infrastructure the profession needs to guide people through critical financial decisions. We have already onboarded over 650 firms across six countries with almost zero churn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations customized to prospect needs
• Convert warm leads into paying customers
• Own customer onboarding from signup to initial value achievement
• Drive conversion and retention by demonstrating ROI
• Execute market engagement through events, webinars, and outreach
• Solve critical problems across GTM, operations, and product

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in consulting, startups, sales, or customer success
• Strong communication skills connecting features to business outcomes
• Low ego with an ambitious, gritty mentality and high bias toward action
• Active AI power user leveraging technology for productivity
• Coachable with rapid learning velocity
• Commitment to in-person London office collaboration
• Ability to travel internationally
• UK work authorisation without visa sponsorship
