Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs, providing coaching, structure, and accountability
- Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and contacting potential prospects
- Oversee the execution of personalized, structured prospecting campaigns to secure meetings
- Manage high-volume outreach processes while ensuring quality and effective follow-up
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine targeting and messaging strategies
- Establish best practices, playbooks, and performance metrics to continuously improve team effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven leader with experience managing or mentoring outbound sales or business development teams
- Track record of success in cold outbound outreach
- Highly coachable and eager to coach others
- Comfortable with high-volume interactions and resilient to rejection
- Detail-oriented in personalizing outreach
