GTM Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and own the lead, account, and opportunity workflows to ensure Attio remains the single source of truth.
• Automate routing, data hygiene, and enrichment processes to maintain high-quality CRM data.
• Develop repeatable sales cadences, including pipeline reviews, next-step chasing, and renewal alerts.
• Ship automations across the tech stack, including Claude, Attio, Slack, email, and calendar.
• Maintain lightweight dashboards to track inbound speed, outbound-to-pipeline conversion, and pilot health.
• Execute targeted outbound prospecting using Clay, LinkedIn, and Superhuman to book and qualify meetings.
• Run monthly GTM experiments to identify growth opportunities and turn successful plays into SOPs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops within a fast-moving B2B SaaS company.
• Proven expertise in CRM hygiene, stage definitions, and meticulous data management.
• Hands-on experience building workflow automations (CRM triggers, Slack/email flows, and data enrichment).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to create clear reporting on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams.
