About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own the lead, account, and opportunity workflows to ensure Attio remains the single source of truth.
- Automate routing, data hygiene, and enrichment processes to maintain high-quality CRM data.
- Develop repeatable sales cadences, including pipeline reviews, next-step chasing, and renewal alerts.
- Ship automations across the tech stack, including Claude, Attio, Slack, email, and calendar.
- Maintain lightweight dashboards to track inbound speed, outbound-to-pipeline conversion, and pilot health.
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting using Clay, LinkedIn, and Superhuman to book and qualify meetings.
- Run monthly GTM experiments to identify growth opportunities and turn successful plays into SOPs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops within a fast-moving B2B SaaS company.
- Proven expertise in CRM hygiene, stage definitions, and meticulous data management.
- Hands-on experience building workflow automations (CRM triggers, Slack/email flows, and data enrichment).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to create clear reporting on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams.
