GTM Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and own the lead, account, and opportunity workflows to ensure a seamless sales process
• Automate routing, data hygiene, and enrichment processes to maintain CRM integrity
• Set up repeatable cadences for pipeline reviews, next-step chasing, and renewal alerts
• Ship automations across the tech stack, including Attio, Slack, email, and calendar
• Maintain lightweight dashboards to track inbound speed, outbound conversion, and pilot health
• Execute targeted outbound prospecting using tools like Clay, LinkedIn, and Superhuman
• Run 2–4 GTM experiments per month to identify and scale new growth plays

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven expertise in workflow automation and CRM management
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to build clear reporting and dashboards
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding CRM hygiene and stage definitions
• Experience with modern outbound tools and prospecting workflows
