About the Company

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for procurement in European construction. Their agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive segment growth and overall revenue success
• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers to build high-quality deals
• Leverage AI agents, automations, and creative strategies to reach new prospects
• Identify new markets, develop custom approaches, and execute market development strategies
• Design and run automated outreach sequences powered by AI agents and automations
• Map new markets and identify key decision makers

Requirements

• Proven track record of excellence in academics, sports, or side projects
• Genuinely curious and exploratory mindset
• High drive to raise the bar and eagerness to learn from feedback
• Ability to work onsite in Munich 5 days a week
• Fluency in German and English
