GTM Associate

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify outbound pipeline through multi-channel prospecting
• Manage inbound inquiries and qualify against ideal client profiles
• Support execution and logistics of the events program
• Assist in marketing content distribution across email, LinkedIn, and partner channels
• Maintain CRM database health, including list segmentation and data enrichment
• Support GTM team with account research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Interest in financial markets and institutional investment management
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRMs (Dynamics 365), HubSpot, Apollo.io, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel
• Ability to use AI tools for research and outreach
