GTM Associate - Banking & Credit

About the Company

Mosaic is the AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, used by leading investors and advisors including Warburg Pincus, CVC, New Mountain, and Evercore. Mosaic automates and standardizes core deal analyses—such as LBOs and DCFs—so investment teams can move faster, reduce spreadsheet risk, and spend more time on investment judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close with accountability for new business growth
• Lead post-sale rollouts to ensure successful deployment, exceptional customer experience, and ownership of expansion and renewal motions
• Represent Mosaic in high-stakes commercial and strategic conversations with C-Suite Executives, Partners, and Managing Directors
• Partner directly with senior deal professionals to diagnose workflow pain points and architect Mosaic solutions
• Build and maintain deep relationships across a portfolio of leading private equity, private credit, and investment banking clients
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into high-impact feature requirements

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking
• Strong command of financial modeling and valuation concepts
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across all seniority levels
• Ambitious self-starter comfortable in unstructured startup environments
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market insights
