Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market space
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities
- Consistently create and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to support revenue growth targets
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess fit for EOR and payroll solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to hand over high-quality leads
- Identify new market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity
- Move opportunities forward and close deals where appropriate
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
- Proven success in outbound lead generation and booking meetings
- Strong communication skills for crafting outreach and engaging decision-makers
- Highly organized, resilient, and goal-driven
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft
- Fluency in English (C2 or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HRTech, payroll, or EOR
- Fluency in Spanish
