Responsibilities

• Rotate through different stages of the go-to-market motion including sales, solutions, marketing, revops, and product
• Start in an SDR or Product Specialist role
• Transition into a specialized advanced role such as AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing, or Product Management
• Execute fast and take real ownership of business processes

Requirements

• University degree with a strong entrepreneurial focus
• C2 level proficiency in German, Italian, French, or English
• Experience in a startup environment
• Hands-on mentality and curiosity about tech, operations, and business strategy
• Structured thinking and ability to work with data and details
