GTI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support and service for the maintenance and repair of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support the troubleshooting and maintenance of core infrastructure
• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer peripherals and mobile devices running Android, Apple, and Microsoft OS
• Document, repair, upgrade, or replace hardware and software for desktop systems
• Support and troubleshoot user account information including rights, security, user groups, and email accounts
• Assist functional IT groups in the build-out and ongoing support of Service Delivery programs
• Investigate process improvement opportunities within the IT team

Requirements

• Computer science or related degree
• A+ certification
• Minimum of three years of practical experience supporting corporate technology infrastructure
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPO, and network troubleshooting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM, VMWare, Active Directory, or Exchange
• Network+ certification
• Experience with various imaging platforms and desktop/image engineering
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation, project management, or scripting with PowerShell and batch files
