GST Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding GST filing, application usage, and technical issues.
• Assist customers in navigating application features and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Interpret and explain complex GST concepts and procedures to users in a clear, understandable manner.
• Stay updated on the latest GST regulations, rules, and amendments to provide accurate guidance.
• Conduct training sessions or webinars to help customers maximize the use of the application.
• Escalate complex bugs or issues to the technical and development teams and follow up through resolution.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing procedures.
• CA qualification or pursuing CA (including articleship training) with specific experience in GST.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patience and empathy.
• High technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dedicated customer support or GST-related professional role.
