GST Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on GST workflows and compliance requirements within the product
• Interpret GST regulations and ensure they are accurately reflected in product features and functional logic
• Perform functional testing and validation of new product features, releases, and enhancements
• Design and execute test cases and testing scenarios based on complex GST workflows
• Validate end-to-end GST filing workflows, calculations, and data flows within the application
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues and document them clearly for the engineering team
• Investigate product issues to identify root causes related to logic, workflows, or compliance gaps
• Conduct regression testing during product updates to prevent disruptions in existing workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve product workflows, accuracy, and user experience

Requirements

• CA or pursuing CA, completed with articleship training including GST experience
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand software applications quickly
• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail regarding data accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
