Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teams (nearshore/offshore software factories) to ensure deliverables align with technical and product objectives.
• Direct the planning, execution, and quality of software development, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and SLA compliance.
• Design and supervise the implementation of AWS architectures, including microservices, serverless, containers, and managed databases.
• Define guidelines for scalable, resilient, and secure architectures compatible with financial product operations.
• Guarantee the implementation of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and secure deployments.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development quality, speed, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology, Computing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and databases within a Fintech or financial environment.
• Technical proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitOps.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
