Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guarantee the successful execution of Human Resources technological projects and requirements.
• Design and execute work plans aligned with the strategic and operational needs of the HR department.
• Act as the primary liaison between Human Resources and technical teams to translate functional needs into technological requirements.
• Supervise project progress, manage resources, and establish priorities based on business needs.
• Anticipate project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve incidents to ensure project success.
• Provide visibility to key stakeholders through progress reports, identifying achievements, risks, and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
• 4+ years of experience in management or leadership roles.
• Solid and indispensable experience working with Human Resources systems (HCM, Payroll, or Financial ERPs).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe), traditional (PMBOK), or hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday implementations.
• Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.
