GSOC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to GSOC personnel
• Manage shift scheduling, workload distribution, and task assignments
• Monitor and assess real-time security threats, incidents, and emerging risks
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and communicate with law enforcement and stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance security technologies including video surveillance and access control
• Conduct security awareness training, emergency drills, and simulation exercises
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure high-quality reporting, logs, and documentation for security incidents

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement communications, or emergency response
• 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a security-related role
• Proficiency in security monitoring systems, CCTV, and access control technologies
• Knowledge of risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response protocols
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security reporting tools
• Ability to type 55-65 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
• Texas Guard Card
