GSOC Operator

Responsibilities

• Proactively support multiple clients through emergency and non-emergency security operations
• Utilize software platforms to monitor access control alerts, video feeds, and threat intelligence
• Dispatch security officers, maintenance, and liaise with emergency 911 centers
• Prioritize and make critical decisions under high-stress situations
• Maintain concise records of communications and security events
• Collaborate with leadership teams to respond to and recover from crisis events
• Communicate information to key partners using established best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a communications center, operations center, or related role
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially during crises
• Ability to generate concise reports from verbal or written sources
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar technical systems
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and engage in significant screen viewing
