GSOC Operator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact in a 24/7/365 security call center environment.
• Monitor CCTV, life safety systems, access control, and world events to identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct travel security tracking and response management for global employees.
• Respond to alarms, dispatch security guard forces, and utilize mass communication systems during emergencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders during crisis situations.
• Develop tactical intelligence reports and maintain threat assessment records.
• Support the Shift Supervisor and Manager with various safety and security tasks.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or two-to-four years of professional work experience.
• 0-1 years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations, or similar role.
• Baseline understanding of security systems.
• Ability to use social media and open-source monitoring platforms for intelligence gathering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including radio and phone etiquette.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and compile it into concise reports.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working alongside Executive Protection or Travel Safety teams.
• Ability to execute complex tasks with limited supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation when supporting employees in crisis.
