About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact in a 24/7/365 security call center environment.
- Monitor CCTV, life safety systems, access control, and world events to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct travel security tracking and response management for global employees.
- Respond to alarms, dispatch security guard forces, and utilize mass communication systems during emergencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders during crisis situations.
- Develop tactical intelligence reports and maintain threat assessment records.
- Support the Shift Supervisor and Manager with various safety and security tasks.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or two-to-four years of professional work experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations, or similar role.
- Baseline understanding of security systems.
- Ability to use social media and open-source monitoring platforms for intelligence gathering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including radio and phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and compile it into concise reports.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working alongside Executive Protection or Travel Safety teams.
- Ability to execute complex tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong customer service orientation when supporting employees in crisis.
