GSOC Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential threats
• Conduct real-time assessments of incidents and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders
• Document all incidents thoroughly, including actions taken and outcomes, for future analysis
• Support the execution of security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes and incident response strategies
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on security trends and technologies

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations, or similar role within the technology sector
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of security systems, incident response protocols, and emergency management
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions under stress
• Proficiency in using security technology and monitoring software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including swing shifts, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7/365 operations
