GSOC Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Conduct real-time assessments of incidents and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document all incidents thoroughly, including actions taken and outcomes, for future analysis.
• Support the execution of security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Engage in regular training to stay updated on security trends, technologies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes and incident response strategies.

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations, or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Working knowledge of security systems, incident response protocols, and emergency management.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions under stress.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using security technology and software applications for monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (23:00-07:00), weekends, and holidays to support 24/7/365 operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
