About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor worldwide events including natural disasters, political instability, and geopolitical developments to identify potential impacts on personnel and assets
- Draft and review concise security notifications for distribution to global security leaders and decision-makers
- Facilitate crisis management response by coordinating incident escalations and emergency communications
- Track and mitigate potential risks to executive and C-suite leadership during international travel
- Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings for global security executives
- Participate in training exercises and conduct after-action reviews (AARs) to improve standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Protective Services and Systems & Technology
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate security, governmental security, or an equivalent role
- Ability to work a swing shift (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST) including weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7/365 operation
- Familiarity with global risk intelligence tools and incident response protocols
- Experience with emergency mass notification and travel risk management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess open-source information
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure during critical incidents

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Security Studies, or Political Science
