GSI Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, onboard, and activate new GSI relationships in India to drive strategic enterprise access and scalable delivery.
• Create business cases, activation plans, and joint business plans for named GSIs, including value propositions and pipeline goals.
• Partner with regional sales leaders, account executives, and solutions teams to leverage GSIs for larger deals and improved win rates.
• Lead account mapping, joint account planning, and opportunity planning between Atlassian sellers and partner teams.
• Collaborate with Partner Solutions and practice leaders to build differentiated offerings on the Atlassian platform.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across marketing, enablement, operations, finance, and legal teams.
• Track partner performance using metrics such as accreditations, joint pipeline, and influenced ACV.
• Act as the voice of the India market by providing feedback on partner insights and competitive dynamics to global strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in GSI relationship management and strategic partner activation.
• Expertise in business case creation and joint business planning.
• Strong skills in account mapping and cross-functional orchestration.
