GSI Alliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and scaling of strategic partnerships with selected Global System Integrators (GSIs)
• Own and grow strategic alliances, acting as the single point of accountability for alliance performance and long-term value creation
• Drive the full partner engagement model across Sell-Through, Sell-With, and Influenced motions
• Foster joint solution development to ensure HP products and services are embedded into SI portfolios
• Translate market requirements into compelling business cases to influence internal product and GTM teams
• Support field sales and enterprise teams in managing and expanding alliance-driven customer relationships
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management regarding alliance strategy and operating models

Requirements

• Proven experience in Alliance, Partner, Service Sales, or GSI Management within a global technology environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise co-sell and alliance GTM models
• Established network across Global System Integrators and enterprise sales teams
• Ability to operate at an executive level and act as a trusted advisor to internal leadership
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and scale complex global initiatives
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent strategic communication and orchestration skills
