GSI Alliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and scaling of strategic partnerships with selected Global System Integrators (GSIs)
• Own and grow strategic alliances, acting as the single point of accountability for alliance performance and long-term value creation
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through joint business planning and execution across Sell-Through, Sell-With, and Influenced motions
• Foster continuous joint solution development to ensure HP products and services are embedded into SI portfolios
• Translate market requirements into compelling business cases to influence internal product, services, and GTM teams
• Support field sales and enterprise teams in managing and expanding alliance-driven customer relationships
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management regarding alliance strategy, operating models, and policy development

Requirements

• Proven experience in Alliance Management, Partner Management, Service Sales, or GSI Management within a global technology environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise co-sell and alliance go-to-market (GTM) models
• Established network and market expertise across Global System Integrators
• Ability to operate at an executive level and act as a trusted advisor to internal sales and leadership teams
• Strong business case development and strategic orchestration skills
• Excellent executive-level communication skills
