GSE Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all GSE equipment, components, and vehicles according to work order instructions
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on light and heavy vehicles, ground power units, towing tugs, and air supply units
• Provide daily defect reports to the supervisor and maintain detailed records of defect trends for all vehicles and equipment
• Test equipment and vehicles after servicing engines, gearboxes, steering, brakes, and other instrument operations
• Maintain a FOD-free (Foreign Object Debris) working area and ensure proper housekeeping of the bay area before and after work

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of vehicles and Aviation Support Equipment (GSE)
• Proven supervisory and team management skills
• General knowledge of ground service equipment procedures
• Proficiency with AMOS software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
