GSC Coordinator - Material Flow

Responsibilities

• Execute deliverables to support supply chain business objectives and ensure customer, quality, and financial initiatives are met
• Manage material flow, including tracking breakpoint and build-out parts through the countdown process
• Perform inventory audits and maintain the accuracy of inventory management systems
• Manage PFEP (Plan for Every Part) validation, including setup, maintenance, and ongoing audits
• Develop, set up, and maintain Min/Max levels and related systems
• Resolve complex capacity constraint issues to prevent plant disruptions and reduce premium transportation costs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions and communicate critical issues to leadership
• Support relationship management with logistics suppliers and service providers

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
