GSA - Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including changing linens and replenishing amenities
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies and hallways
• Address guest requests for additional items or cleaning services promptly and professionally
• Manage guest laundry services following hotel procedures
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and ensure proper storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory
