Responsibilities

• Provide flexible service across bar service, table service, and public area cleanliness
• Accurately record inventory and follow audit and stock control procedures
• Deliver consistent service excellence and maintain operational standards
• Prepare and serve beverages and provide efficient table service
• Interact with internal and external customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Collaborate with management to achieve shared operational objectives
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas to support guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic numeracy skills
• Ability to work long hours and shifts as per hospitality industry requirements
• Ability to handle physical demands including prolonged standing and manual handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality position
