Responsibilities

• Ensure economic, qualitative, and timely project execution within the group
• Lead and plan personnel deployment and support resource management (staff, equipment, materials)
• Manage project economics through continuous monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality
• Negotiate contracts, supplements, and awards for subcontractors and suppliers
• Build and maintain internal and external networks, including active client and partner management
• Foster employee development through regular feedback and identification of high-potential talent
• Act with entrepreneurial thinking within your area of responsibility across multiple projects

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in project management and construction supervision
• Extensive professional experience in road, civil, or traffic infrastructure construction
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and retain employees
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction accounting/calculation software (ideally RIB iTWO)
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and cost awareness
