Responsibilities

• Ensure economic, qualitative, and timely project execution within the group
• Lead and plan personnel deployment and support resource management (staff, equipment, materials)
• Manage project economics, including continuous monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality
• Negotiate contracts, supplements, and awards for subcontractors and suppliers
• Build and maintain internal and external networks through active customer and partner management
• Foster employee development through regular feedback and identification of high-potential talent
• Drive entrepreneurial decision-making and contribute to multiple projects within the group

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in project management and construction project acquisition
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in road, civil, or transport construction
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and retain employees
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Independent, committed, and results-oriented working style
• High level of customer orientation and cost awareness
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction accounting/calculation software (ideally RIB iTWO)
