Responsibilities

• Act as a People Lead (Group Manager) for employees primarily based in Stockholm, fostering a trusting and idea-rich work environment.
• Manage and develop environmental management business areas, including legal compliance, environmental law advisory, and permitting.
• Lead strategic initiatives in LCA, climate calculations, and sustainability reporting.
• Serve as a senior project manager for environmental management projects, driving execution and managing consultants.
• Drive business development through client relationship management, sales activities, and tender processes.
• Ensure competence supply and professional development within the group in alignment with WSP's strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within environmental management business areas.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing both people and organizations.
• A scientific or technical university degree.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in management or leadership roles.
• Experience working as a consultant.
• Specialized knowledge in environmental law within the industrial sector.
