Responsibilities

• Guide and work in daily care alongside the team
• Responsible for daily operations and planning for the department/floor
• Manage personnel tasks including recruitment, induction, and performance reviews
• Participate in developing and quality-assuring the operations

Requirements

• Educated assistant nurse (undersköterska) or equivalent professional experience, preferably in elderly care
• Good computer literacy
• Very good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning
• Experience within elderly care
