Growth/Expansion Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to execute account-specific growth and retention plans
• Spearhead product suite adoption and expansion across small business accounts
• Identify and close new revenue opportunities within existing customers
• Build deep relationships to uncover needs and deliver value-based solutions
• Own the sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and performance tracking
• Partner with CSMs for warm handoffs and smooth customer transitions
• Act as a product expert to enable adoption and ROI
• Oversee onboarding for new customers in the portfolio

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Account Management with revenue closing exposure
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to discuss ROI and build business cases
• Proven ability to identify at-risk customers and drive adoption
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills
• Consultative, problem-solving approach balancing customer advocacy with revenue targets
