Growth & Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the go-to-market strategy for Mexico, including market segmentation and acquisition channel definition.
• Own key growth metrics such as new schools acquired, pipeline value, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Build and lead the Growth team in Mexico, defining roles, objectives, and methodologies.
• Execute rigorous growth experiments to identify and scale successful acquisition tactics.
• Develop strategic alliances with private school networks and educational associations.
• Collaborate with global teams (Marketing, Product, and RevOps) to align growth strategy with organizational goals.
• Provide market intelligence to the global team to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development, or B2B Sales within SaaS, EdTech, or high-growth startups.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to design experiments and interpret analytical results.
• Proven experience in team leadership and building teams in high-growth environments.
• Fluent English skills for coordination with the global team.
• Strong strategic commercial vision and ability to identify scalable acquisition channels.
• Passion for transforming mathematics education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the high-end private school ecosystem in Mexico, including decision-making processes and key networks.
